• How can I send my images to Property Photo Editing?

  You may send soft copies through FTP , Wetransfer, DropBox etc… Now if you have desired to go for scanning, please take scans on a high quality scanner at 600 dpi.

• What is the expected time of delivery?

  We try to finish your work within the shortest time possible. Normally within 12-24 hours, the work is done and sent back. However, time for completion will fluctuate based on the size of project, format and complexity etc. Real Estate photo retouching obviously takes more time when compared to others as even the minutest details matter.

• What is the limit in regard of size for uploading?

  There is not anything like limit when you associate with us for image retouching and enhancement services. For the images up to the size of 2 MB, direct uploading can be done via form provided. Else we will create an FTP if the size falls above 2 MB.

• In which all formats can I send images to get clipping path services from you?

  You can send in any format and resolution you wish- JPEG, TIFF, NEF, PSD, PNG, GIF, CR2, RAW, DNG or anything. We can also deliver to you in any format as per your choice. Let us know what you need and we will help. Our team assures that images are sent through secure channels only.

• How do you charge for the project?

  The project cost demands on numerous factors. Input image types, quanta of work, stiffness of deadlines, complexity of project etc. are just a few to mention. Get a free trail done from us and you can check if our quote is reasonable. You may send us the requirements through Wetransfer.com or Dropbox. Else if the work is regular, we will create FTP space for you.

• How can I pay you?

  You may opt for Wire Transfer, PayPal.
